Answers to common questions about your account, billing, and subscriptions.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store, not within the app itself.
For iPhone (Apple):
- Open Settings
- Tap [Your Name]
- Select Subscriptions
- Find the app and tap Cancel Subscription
For Android (Google Play):
- Open the Play Store
- Tap your Profile icon
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find the app and tap Cancel
Refunds are processed by the app store where the purchase was made. We do not issue refunds directly.
For iPhone (Apple):
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Locate your purchase
- Submit a refund request
For Android (Google Play):
- Go to play.google.com/store/account
- Find the relevant order
- Tap Request a refund
Refund approval and processing are subject to the app store's refund policy.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription through your device's app store settings.
For iPhone (Apple):
- Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Select the app
- Choose a different available plan
For Android (Google Play):
- Open the Play Store
- Tap your Profile icon
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select the app and choose a different plan
All payments are handled by the app stores, so invoices and receipts are provided directly by them.
For iPhone (Apple):
- Receipts are sent to the email address linked to your Apple ID
- You can also view your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com
For Android (Google Play):
- Receipts are sent to your Google account email
- Order history is available at play.google.com/store/account
Purchases & Account
Your purchases are tied to your app store account and can be restored on any supported device.
For iPhone (Apple):
- Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
- Open the app and look for "Restore Purchases" in the settings or subscription screen
For Android (Google Play):
- Sign in with the same Google account used for the original purchase
- Open the app and look for "Restore Purchases" in the settings or subscription screen
If the app includes account functionality, you can usually delete your account from within the app settings. Look for an option such as "Delete Account" or "Remove Account."
Important:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges.
